Project Manager, Agile

Introduction

As an Agile Project Manager (APM), you will primarily be responsible for managing Exora AI's ("EXR") one or several concurrent high visibility projects. You can expect to oversee projects typically within Digital Startups, Government / Public Sector to Commercial Enterprise and Mid-Market Sectors.

You will partner closely with EXR’s cross-functional teams including EXR’s Enterprise Account Managers, Vendors, Engineering Support and Partners (where applicable) to ensure successful end-to-end project deployment, managing customer’s expectations and achieve customer satisfaction goals. The APM will be tasked to manage project allocated resources and Partners in an efficient manner and oversee completion of project deliverables.

This position is a Full-Time Employment role based in Singapore, with overseas travelling opportunity. You can expect a good opportunity for career progression in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Manage Customers’ expectations and maintain good customer and partner relationships at all times
• Scope project requirements, efforts and prepare forecast, where necessary
• Work with development teams and product managers to execute development plans
• Work with multiple teams and external parties, as and when required
• Play a consultative role to assign in place the appropriate people, process, and tools, to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
• Coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
• Develop a detailed and pragmatic project plan, monitor progress and delivery cost while focusing on delivery timeliness
• Organize and lead project status, work and customer meetings
• Prepare and distribute progress reports
• Manage risks and issues
• Review proposed modifications or deviations on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
• Manage Customers’ expectations and maintain good customer and partner relationships at all times

Requirements

• Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello...etc.)
• Able to self-organize, prepare and plan timeline and resources effectively
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals, with willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
• Possess strong sense of ownership; able to act as a leader and drive success
• Able to lead and effectively manage multiple project stakeholders and owners expectations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-pace and competitive start-up environment

Education and Experience

• Min. Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent preferred
• Min. 2 years of proven experience with SCRUM / Agile methodologies in managing mid to enterprise-level application development projects
• Min. PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent
