Administrative Officer / HR

Introduction

As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations of our company and efficiency planning of different departments in administrative procedures. You will support on a range of administrative duties across the different departments and assist in the execution of planned arrangements.

As we are a start-up organization, the ideal candidate should be open to learn new things, be able to self-manage and perform effectively on assigned tasks, have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to support functions in various departments as and when required.

This role will be based in Singapore with overseas traveling opportunity. You can expect a good career progression with opportunity to convert to Full-Time Position after 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise creative ways to streamline processes.
  • Support Human Resource, Finance and Sales Ops administrative function whenever assigned.
  • Manage and maintain Company’s database.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules and deadlines where required.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and vendors (e.g electricians) where required.
  • Organize and support office activities (team bonding, renovations, event planning etc.).
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other web presentation tools.
  • Able to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Possess basic understanding of Enterprise IT industry ecosystem is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR, financial and / or facilities management principles is a plus.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to be learn, grow and overcome challenges.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Finance or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of back-end office administration, operations executive, human resource or finance related experience preferred.
  • Experience working within the Information Technology industry is a plus.
